Not for families, avoid at all costs
Check-in was a mess and the customer service was non-existent.
Cost was kind of high but honestly, it felt worse than it should've been.

comfortably furnished rooms, convenient outdoor parking, adequate fitness equipment
The side door's broken lock raises safety concerns!!! Hallways reeked of stale odors, making for an unpleasant walk to the room!!! Upgrades to room cleanliness and maintenance are essential!!!

We really enjoyed our visit to the zoo nearby! It was perfect for our family, especially with our baby, as there were plenty of shady spots to rest. The hotel was conveniently located, allowing us to explore attractions like Zoombezi Bay Water Park easily.
In my wife’s opinion, the room cleanliness was below standard, making it hard for us to relax. More thorough cleaning would be great for families with children.
